VILLARREAL who was President of the Bank of Nuevo Leon, Mexico and twice served as Governor of the State of Nuevo Leon) then signed on the back by Ernesto Madero (Uncle to Francisco Madero, later Pres of Mex. and from a very large family) Amount is Mx00 in a period when the Peso was valued near the US Dollar. On the back the Revenue stamp is signature cancelled by Villarreal and then the deposit signature is Ernesto Madero!) The check is 9" by 4" and has a 5 Centavo blue revenue stamp on reverse. The check has only a fold along the right edge.
