Vintage Cardboard & Tin Tube CARLTON NYLON SHUTTLECOCKS w Product Remaining

Up for sale is a vintage cardboard with tin end tube with CARLTON NYLON SHUTTLECOCKS, UNIVERSAL, DE-LUXE MODEL, frome SHIRE HILL, SAFFRON WALDEN, ENGLAND, recently found at auction in Lancaster County PA.  The tube has product remaining, we are unable to open it - possibly the 3 unused shuttlecocks are still inside, no way of knowing without ruining the ends or the tube trying to open it.
OFFERED AS FOUND as if there are rubber ends they would surely be dried up - offered for display or pattern, vs use.
Wondering if it is a paper label on a tin that had to be opened with a can opener?
