I am original owner and purchased this and the other collars I have listed in the early 1980s.
I never used them and now I have decided to destash all my collars.
These can be worn as a removable collar or can be sewn onto a dress or blouse permanently.
Labeled ANNIE, 100% Cotton and Made in China.
Condition:
New Old Stock – Never used.
Always stored in airtight containers.
No noted issues.
